Features

Adds a new NPC (the Colony Ship Engineer) and three new ships, along with some QoL improvements for spaceships.

Cargo Hauler

  • Tankier and can hold more cargo than the Fighter Escort
  • No weapons, but plenty of shields
  • Contains all facilities needed for survival

Assault Ship

  • Special Weapon: Plasma Wave Generator! Capable of hitting multiple ships for large amounts of damage.

Space Tug

  • Requiring 6 power cores to operate, this ultraheavy ship is able to pick up and transport space station modules using its ability hotkey.

Quality of Life

  • Mobile Labs can now be crafted
  • Spaceship docks and dragonship factories now restore the health of their respective ship type


Future Plans

  • Colony Ship Engineer Scene art (CapAIn is a placeholder)
  • Remote Proximity Mines for the Assault Ship
  • Research and Repair bot to be used in craftable mobile labs

Just don't define the durability tag, or if you're extending, put durability=""

hey every time i use the space tug it keeps getting stuck in a loop of placing and then going back to saying z to place x to cancel but keeps getting stuck in a loop and i have to manually close aground to get out of it. it worked the first time i picked a x-large module but now its just bugged. please help!

ok i think i figured it out when i press 8 to grab a module i press 8 to get ready to place but when i place the module it grabs any module within grabbing range automatically! so i cant place a module touching the tug or it will keep grabbing indefinitely. the solution i found was if you place the module far enough away press 8 again and it stops grabbing. then press 8 on a module to grab it normally. BUT IT SHOUDNT KEEP GRABBING THEM!!! so ya bug.

In the next update, can you give the cargo ship more carrying capacity? It’s a ship that is literally designed to carry stuff. At least 8 thousand which is equal to the dragon ship.

There’s a bug. I used the tug ship to move an airlock and after I moved it when I went inside the tug I could see the airlock’s doors without the airlock. It’s small so you don’t have to fix it tho. I just can’t wait for the research bot update.

Yeah, in a future update I will be adding a new robot that will count as a researcher.

I subscribed to your channel and I think you should have some aground videos. You obviously worked very hard on this. You should make a new aground world with all the mods you made and see how it goes. That’s good content.

There's bug, which makes that on CaptAIn's colony ship there's like 20 enginers
